At Townsend Designs, we offer three comprehensive design packages tailored to meet the diverse needs of retailers. Whether you're looking for a simple design concept, a detailed layout, or a comprehensive kitchen plan with all the specifics, we have a package to suite.

How we work
Step One: Initial Consultation
We begin with an initial consultation through email and a Teams video call to fully understand the your needs and client preferences. During these discussions, we will collect essential details such as room dimensions, layout requirements, and specific design preferences.

Step Two: Design Creation
Using Winner design software, we will craft a bespoke kitchen design tailored to the information gathered during the consultation.

Step Three: Design Review
A preview of the custom kitchen design will be sent to you for review and approval.

Step Four: Payment
Once you confirm you are satisfied with the design, full payment is required via BACS for the selected package.

Step Five: Delivery
After payment is received, all design documents included in the package will be delivered via email.
Foundation
You will receive rendered images offering views from four relevant room points, with default windows, doors, and room colors applied. Included is one annotated floor plan with basic measurements only. Note that no revisions or variations are included, and renders will not show any room dressings.
You can add a utility for the same client to the package. Variations for the same client would be charged per variation within four weeks of first design. Add four more revisions for the same client to the package within the first six weeks at a fixed discount.
You will receive rendered images offering views from various relevant room points, with default windows, doors, and room colors applied. Rendered images will be dressed with accessories to suite. Included is one annotated floor plan with measurements and unit descriptions. Up to two design revisions within four weeks of first design. Note that no variations are included.
You can add a utility for the same client to the package. Variations for the same client would be charged per variation withing four weeks of first design. Add four more revisions for the same client to the package within the first six weeks at fixed discount.
Enhanced
Premium
You will receive rendered images offering views from various relevant room points, with windows, doors, and room colors to suite clients existing walls, floors, windows and doors. Rendered images will be dressed with accessories to suite. Included is one annotated floor plan with all measurements, a second plan annotated with unit descriptions, and wall elevations with measurements. The Winner PRW file containing full design is available to be sent over. Allowance for ten design revisions within four weeks of first design. Note that no variations are included.
You can add a utility for the same client to the package. Variations for the same client would be charged per variation withing four weeks of first design. Add four more revisions for the same client to the package within the first ten weeks at fixed discount. We also offer of a follow-up video consultation to review the designs and make any necessary clarifications available within the first five working day of design.
Packages
For all packages, room measurements must be supplied and it will be understood that as Sarah will be working from retailer’s plan or architect’s plan that she takes no responsibility for errors in measurements.
